I’m not able to start the online training
There is no way to get 100% on the quiz. If you see an eye out of the socket the first thing you do is call 911 but it was wrong when I clicked all the other answers they were all wrong. It wont let me move forward unless I get 100 but there is no way that you can. Can you please fox the quiz for that module.
Overall, the online module lessons were fine. but, lacking a LOT of customer service skills. I emailed yesterday to reschedule my course for today due to unexpected issues, no reply. I understand they may be busy, so I also called. No one answered the phone or called me back. Not to mention, my friend tried to book a course a week ago and never got a confirmation email back. At this point I want to return my product and get my money back and book a course somewhere else but due to the return policy, I would not get my money back, so I am kind of stuck to try to figure it out with a company with awful customer service.

I finished this online portion and have tried contacting the sudbury office to complete the in class portion- as it is only valid for 3 months and have not received a response. This course is not cheap so it would be great if someone could contact me to get this done for school.
