Couse was easy, and accessible. Was able to complete, but was difficult to get in to do the other portion of the course needed for the whole certificate.

some questions I was unable to submit the correct answer i.e.. although I selected to remove the cap on the Maloxane injector it would not indicate this. and the 3 B's I marked as TRUE on the question Breathing Bleeding, and bones it said it was wrong so I redid the quiz and put false and of course it said wrong as it was so I attempted the third time and selected "true" and it finally said correct . I took a photo to show that both answers were marked as incorrect . That being said it got a bit frustrating . The presentations were very good

I enjoyed the mixture of reading and videos. Everything I would need to know in my work and home environment was covered clearly. I liked that each module had a quiz as opposed to a test at the end to ensure you were on the right track all the way through.

There is no way to get 100% on the quiz. If you see an eye out of the socket the first thing you do is call 911 but it was wrong when I clicked all the other answers they were all wrong. It wont let me move forward unless I get 100 but there is no way that you can. Can you please fox the quiz for that module.

I have no complaints about the content, though there are typos which I find silly. My complaint is with the lengthy waits for timers on most of the pages. I regularly had 1.5 to 2 minutes of extra time to simply wait. It was disruptive to the flow of the course and I found myself doing other work alongside the course.

Overall, the online module lessons were fine. but, lacking a LOT of customer service skills. I emailed yesterday to reschedule my course for today due to unexpected issues, no reply. I understand they may be busy, so I also called. No one answered the phone or called me back. Not to mention, my friend tried to book a course a week ago and never got a confirmation email back. At this point I want to return my product and get my money back and book a course somewhere else but due to the return policy, I would not get my money back, so I am kind of stuck to try to figure it out with a company with awful customer service.

Hello, This is a very informative CPR course. I also downloaded he manual but not all of the information is in there. Is there a possibility of downloading the course? In addition the timed portions made it difficult to complete without some frustration. I am a quick reader, in some parts I was waiting 1minute + after I had read the material, highlighted the manual and made other notes. So went by much quicker and I was able to advance right away. Overall I was please with the content. 3.5 stars

The overall course was of good quality but some minor adjustments can be made for accessibility purposes and convenience for the consumer. Modules are timed and cannot be marked complete before the allotted time is over, which can be annoying when you are finished reading with 2 minutes remaining. I suggest users download read-aloud technology until the program can read the content to the user, justifying the allotted time and making it accessible to individual with diverse learning needs.
