It was such an amazing product. the online course was long but very useful in terms of knowledge. due to this my my in person session went smoothly. My in person class was so amazing and fun. The instructor make a lot of difference, the instructor that we had for the CVPR and First aid training was incredibly amazing and fun. There was not a single time I was bored or felt sleepy. I had an fantastic experience. thank you.

Timer countdown is too long. Also loggin to find CPR certificate is too complicated and I can't find it. I emailed it to myself but the link was "disallowed" Takes too long trying to navigate the site. Setting up passwords and can't even access the certificate in the end.

This week, I attended my session at Surrey Place with Kyle and he is fantastic!! He was very engaging, informative, and guided us through each action and movement with helpful tips. He provided demonstrations to build on our existing knowledge which made it easier to grasp. He is definitely a natural at teaching in the medical field. Kyle is extremely compassionate about his role and the people he supports, he spoke about all people with respect, the unhoused community, and emphasize the mental health struggles and addiction as part of the course while also humanizing these crises. I have learned and gained more knowledge for Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C than I have in the past session. Thank You Kyle, you are a true leader I hope to have the opportunity to learn from you again.

I had an in-person class of CPR Level C and Standard First Aid lectured by Elizabeth on March 12th. I had so much fun learning experiences. Elizabeth was so friendly, funny and helpful. She explained and demonstrated the lesson so well that was understandable. The course from Lifesaver101 is also kind of cheaper than ones from other institutions, which is beneficial to me, a student, so much. Thank you Elizabeth and Lifesaver101 a lot. Everyone should register for courses at Lifesaver 101 and remember to download the learning useful materials right after registering, that helps alot.

A good course, but not issue-free ::

The course has humour and the knowledge is useful, but the end-result is a business card not really a certificate. Also, course materials are not available to download after the course is completed... I hoped for it to be a bit more personable overall, for the price.

The online (theory) portion is very informative. My instructor for the in-person session was had Sarah D. and she was great. Her explanations and demos were very clear and detail oriented.
