Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C

This week, I attended my session at Surrey Place with Kyle and he is fantastic!! He was very engaging, informative, and guided us through each action and movement with helpful tips. He provided demonstrations to build on our existing knowledge which made it easier to grasp. He is definitely a natural at teaching in the medical field. Kyle is extremely compassionate about his role and the people he supports, he spoke about all people with respect, the unhoused community, and emphasize the mental health struggles and addiction as part of the course while also humanizing these crises. I have learned and gained more knowledge for Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C than I have in the past session. Thank You Kyle, you are a true leader I hope to have the opportunity to learn from you again.

The course has humour and the knowledge is useful, but the end-result is a business card not really a certificate. Also, course materials are not available to download after the course is completed... I hoped for it to be a bit more personable overall, for the price.
