I have had nothing but frustration with this course. Cannot log back in to the course. When I select My Orders nothing comes up but View and Leave Feedback. I cannot find the registration email although every other email you sent is available. It has led me to want to call my boss and refuse to be a certified Life Saver

Difficult technically related to slowly timed modules, also I've just been kicked off mid-way and states I don't have access, need to complete certificate for in person course tomorrow.

I had an excellent time, today during the in class portion of the course. Kyle, was a very good and helpful instructor. He made the class feel shorter and he made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. I would definitely recommend Lifesaver 101 if someone I know, is looking to get their CPR and First AID qualifications.

Great First Aid & CPR Level HCP course ::

This was a 2 day course blended online learning with quiz plus in class learning. Online learning was straight forward. For the in-class learning we had an instructor named Paige. Paige was excellent. She was friendly, clear and concise. We had a lot of material to go through and she covered everything. The hours flew by and everything was so important to know. You're highly recommended and I'll be coming again when it's time to renew. Thank you so much. Cathy.

Timer too long ::

The quality of information in the course was great, I learned a lot and it was easy to remember the lessons. However, the timer on the modules was wayyyyyy too long for each slide, much longer than it took to actually read the paragraphs. Because of this, most of my day was spent hovering over the "next module" button, waiting for the timer to count down, and the course took 3x longer to complete than it could have.
