We are excited to begin this next chapter in workplace first aid training together as we prepare for the transition to the new CSA Z1210-24 standards in June 2026.

At Lifesaver 101, we believe that strong, confident instructors are the foundation of effective first aid education. This update training has been designed to help you feel informed, supported, and prepared as we move into this new era of workplace first aid delivery in Ontario.

Throughout this training, we will walk through:

• The reasons behind the transition to CSA Z1210-24
• Key changes to program delivery and expectations
• Updates to course structure and evaluation
• New approaches to emergency preparedness and competency-based learning
• Changes to first aid kits, equipment, and workplace response planning
• What these updates mean for you as an instructor and for the students you teach

While there are many exciting improvements within the new standard, our goal remains the same — delivering high-quality, practical, and engaging first aid training that prepares people to respond confidently when it matters most.

We understand that change can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when new standards and expectations are introduced. Please know that you are not expected to navigate this transition alone. Lifesaver 101 is committed to supporting you every step of the way with updated resources, guidance, and ongoing communication.
