First Aid/CPR Training Programs

Lifesaver 101 programs are recognized by the WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) and the HSFO (Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario). Our programs are customized to meet the personal or employment requirements of any individual. We also provide off-site training and are pleased to negotiate group discounts. In order to accommodate you, Lifesaver 101 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Standard First Aid and CPR HCP	Teaching Time: 13 hours (over 2 days)
Emergency First Aid and CPR HCP	Teaching Time: 6.5 hours (1 day)
Basic Rescuer “C” Level CPR HCP	Teaching Time: 6 hours
Basic Rescuer Recert/C Level CPR Recert HCP	Teaching Time: 3 hours
Heartsaver “B” Level CPR	Teaching Time: 5 to 6 hours
Child Care First Aid and CPR	Teaching Time: 4 hours
Babysitter Safety Awareness	Teaching Time: 3 hours
