Winter Safety Quiz


Lifesaver 101 invites you to test your First Aid and CPR knowledge about common winter mishaps and how to treat them by picking the best answer for each of the following multiple-choice questions:


Question 1: For a person found unresponsive in a cold environment, assessing for signs of circulation should
A. be performed for up to 45 seconds instead of 10 because a casualty with hypothermia will have a much slower heart rate.
B. be done for only five seconds because of time constraints when working in cold weather.
