WHY DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION? Lifesaver 101 uses your personal information
WHEN DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TO WHOM? Your personal information is never traded, sold or leased by Lifesaver 101 to any external company. Your information is disclosed for our legitimate business purposes only, or as required to meet legal and regulatory requirements (for example, to comply with a court order). We may share information with our affiliates, partners, contractors or other companies (collectively, “representatives”) that we use to provide full staffing services. However, we disclose limited information only as required for the function that will be performed by any representative on our behalf. We also ensure that every contract we enter into with a representative clearly outlines that representative’s obligation to protect your personal information and honor our privacy principles. Lifesaver 101 relies on the information provided by you and third parties, such as educational institutions, individuals offering references, or those conducting background checks. You may at any time make a written request for access to your personal information. Lifesaver 101 strives to maintain accurate records of your personal information; this can be achieved with your help only. In this ongoing effort, we ask that you provide us with your most up-to-date information. Please use the e-mail address listed below to let us know of any personal information you may have given in the past that is incomplete, inaccurate, no longer relevant, or is simply content that you would like replaced.
